MGR electro FIFTY solderwave

The FIFTY solder wave  by MGR Electro is a small footprint solder wave machine capable of using Both lead free and lead containing alloys.
Its compact design and reduced heat up time provides high process flexibility and makes it highly suitable for Low volume high quality repeatable production. 

FIFTY is managed by a very practical PLC through which you can set any parameter of the machine. This PLC has storage space for up to 20 stored programs.

The default model has a foam fluxing system, however a spray fluxer is available upon request.

The preheating is perfomed by an IR panel protected by PYREX glass and is fully managable through the PLC
